Check domain properties from Imail Administrator. The folder will be different than what you are searching in.

Looking in the Imail directory with Windows Explorer, there are no user directories!!!!! However mail flows like normal. I see all the usernames for all domains in Imail Administrator but there are no user directories. I checked a backup (windows backup) and the user directories are there but when I restore there are still no user directories. I rebooted the server but it's still the same, no user directories but mail flows. I'm getting real worried now. Anyone have a hunch of what is going on and what I can do to remedy this.
