This problem may have come up before, but I'm having a problem with host
administrators being able to delete users via the web interface.
The problem is the same with the modified or original templates. Sys Admins
can do everything normally, but a host admin clicking on the delete button
can get a little frustrated by the fact that it doesn't seem to be doing
ANYTHING!
