Subject: Re: [IMail Forum] 2006.01Hi Travis,
The downloaded file is a bit bigger than the full version. This update is a full version, it does not check, if a previous installation of IMail 2006 is installed.
This gives me the next question: IMail 2006 is available in different versions (# of users). I had to choose the right exe to download.
What happens now with the update? Does it change my # of max users? Or is it independtly?
Personally i hate "full" updates. A delta version should be available too.

Is this a full installer or does it have to be applied after the original install?

Hi Martin,
Agreed, we'd prefer to have smaller updates
as well. At this point, we are bound to full installs due to the
licensing key technology and are looking at ways to bring back the
"appropriately" sized updates/patches.
Also, your user level will not be affected
and is set by the licensing key that you used to activate the IMail 2006
release. You should not have to re-enter a licensing key for a .01
release, only for major releases such as IMail 2006.1 or 2007.
Bye for now,
kg
