Why would you do that.. The only time you need to do this is if you
want the Extended SMTP commands available to the outside?
Because it disables (E)SMTP SIZE and other verbs used by the * world
(not just AUTH, used by their internal world) and needlessly hides
information that is designed to be public, making troubleshooting more
difficult. . . .
