Might want to hold off on changing that too much - the .psmtp.com addresses
are for Postini Spam Filtering MX records and having multiple MX records
with the same IP is their recommended configuration. Something about
failover clustering or so I am told.

I am not sure how Postini is being used in this case, but frequently they
are just for incoming mail filtering in which this wouldn't cause problems
sending to yahoo.com or the like.

And yes, Postini is on a blacklist today (possibly more than one) but
several support cases have been opened to encourage Postini in getting that
resolved quickly.

1. First, check your SMTP logs to confirm this.

2. You have to MX records pointing to the same IP address. Change this.
bestweb.net.mail5.psmtp.com. and
bestweb.net.mail6.psmtp.com. both resolve to 64.18.5.10

3. http://www.dnsstuff.com/tools/ip4r.ch?ip=64.18.5.10
This shows you are on one Black list. Of course you might be listed
elsewhere, but this is a pretty good list.

4. Doing 1 and 2 above make take care of the problem for you.

Later,

So, if this is the case, what number do I call to confirm/argue the action?
