[IMail Forum] SQL Setup for dummies...

Ok.. shoot me later please (at least wait til I get this working).  Can anyone point 
me to a place where I can find the SQL Setup for IMail for Dummies Edition?  I did (at 
least by what I understood) what the manual said and can't get connected to teh 
database.  ANy and ALL help will be greatly appreciated and something tells me I'm not 
the only one needing this.. just the craziest one to ask..
