That's what it was for us. Turn off your Declude footer and see if that takes care of it.

*Subject:* [IMail Forum] Blackberry Blank messages

There were a few posts on this issue awhile back.
We have an issue where our users receive mail from blackberry
devices and the body of the message is blank. This issue started back when we were running on version 8 - I
would say about a year ago. We didn't have many complaints at
that time, just sporadic reports. I experienced the problem
myself with a few clients that use blackberry devices.
The problem got much worse at the beginning of the year. I can't
say if it is because we upgraded to 2006 or if blackberry devices
    are just becoming more prevalent.

Not every message from a blackberry will be blank, but many will. I am getting hit on this every day by multiple clients. I am sure
that others are having the same problem. I've been working on
this with Ipswitch for months now but am not making progress. I
just hung up with tech support, and they acknowledge the issue,
but still don't have any time frame on a fix.
I will probably lose 2 large hosting clients next week because of
this issue. I'm hoping that some others will chime in here so the
priority will get bumped up. If I start losing clients then Imail will lose me to smartermail. After all the stuff we've been through lately, I certainly don't
have much loyalty to Ipswitch, even though we've been using their
product and paying maintenance for at least 7 years now.
    Thanks,
