I think a lot of these outfits use very low level techs for just about
everything. As critical as DNS is to everyone including their own companies,
they probably don't allow folks at that level to touch anything DNS-related.
Not even something as simple as an A record.
Did you try emailing [EMAIL PROTECTED] or [EMAIL PROTECTED] as
shown in their registrar records? Or try 212-522-9565...
