The default settings will not fail a message for a HELO failure *unless*
several of the servers in the delivery chain reported bogus HELO names. If
you are seeing this, please verify poroper DNS config.
I do not understand this. Why i have to check my DNS config?
If a HELO or sender test fails, isn't a problem from the sender's environment?

True.  My point was if *all* helo tests failed, it's a dns prob at your end.

A single helo fail will not cause a messae to be flagged as spam.
