I'm not aware of any legal requirement that requires a MTA to accept
e-mail from anyone and everyone.
Unless you've got an agreement with Hotmail that states they will accept
your e-mail what are you expecting your attorney to do?
And if you did sue them, I am sure they'd find a way to bend you over
and stick it back to you without any lube.
