We currently only do inbound filtering, so I don't know much about outbound 
filtering.  But I will learn some more about it and look into getting it setup 
to test.

I didn't realize you could send messages from an email client/component 
directly to a gateway.  So the gateway actually serves as it's own SMTP server? 
 (Perhaps this depends on the provider/type of gateway - we would probably use 
MX Logic for this.)

Also, is it possible to tell Imail to use an external gateway only for certain 
virtual domains, not for the entire mail server?
