I think you checked these points before post, but check:
- Right path -> D:\inetpub\IMail\domain_com\Users\info\
- Folder/files permisions (system / service account)
- If you are running any anti-virus on the server, it may be scanning in the
background, exclude domain folders in antivirus configuration.

I think there were problems with deep paths
(unit:\folder\folder\imail\domain_com\...) . Try to move domain folders to
d:\imail. Remember to correct path in domain properties or registry entries.

Hello,

after moving all users folders from a MailServer with IMail 8.2 to another
MailServer with IMail 2006, I have many errors in log file as follow:
domain.com read open fail (D:\inetpub\IMail\domain_com\Users\info\main.mbx)

How I can solve the problem?
