I agree, it's too subtle. They used to be big gray buttons with the same
labels, which IMO was worse.

What if we just lengthen the labels, something like:

           | Hilight an address, then click:
           | Send To
           | Carbon-Copy (CC)
           | Blind-carbon-copy (BCC)
___________|
