I found an email for comcast and asked them to remove the IP block. I thought I would share their response it may help others.
Sorry Len - you may believe their message in the log file was clear but according to this message their reason for blocking was different - not surprising. But they did respond quickly so I will give them high remarks for that. Now the mail domain in question is for a major insurance brokerage - they work with independent agents and send out 100s of quotes, applications, etc daily to agents many of whom work out of their homes so they have comcast, aol, yahoo etc. email accounts. In six years of hosting them I have not had one spam complaint. They do not work with the general public only agents that are part of their network. Sensitivity to spam is becoming so great that mail is getting blocked because the content is perceived to be spam!!! This whole thing is getting scary - I think the only solution is going to major overhauls in the mail sending protocols so you can easily certify who is connecting to your mail server.
