I am trying to keep legit email from being flagged as spam. A lot of legit email can come from yahoo or msn addresses, or everybody doesn't have their MX records, etc. set up properly, people sending legit attachments can be a problem, too, causing legit mail to be flagged as spam. For the most part, my users are using Outlook or outlook Express.
