Has anyone ever had any dealings with Comcast? They blacklisted me last week for a missing rPTR record on my secondary MX IP, which was accurate. I’ve since resolved that issue, had them remove the blacklist which they did, but just this morning I find that I’m blacklisted again for the same IP. My problem is I want some evidence of why I’m listed as a spammer so I can resolve it once and for all.

 

The only means of contact I have is an email, [EMAIL PROTECTED]. Has anyone else had any dealings with Comcast and have a phone number for a tech?
