Up through version 2006.04a, I do not believe changing the log
file location is possible. I went through this on the phone because I wanted to
the logs updated to a different location. Ipswitch "dialed-in" with me and
we walk through my server registry. No joy. The support person later checked
with the developers and found that the logs are hardcoded to C:\IMail\spool. I
was told this constraint would be corrected (admin controlled) in the next
release.

?
Stop syslog (and other services too if you don't want to
miss any action).
Copy log file for today to subfolder.
Change reg entry.
Start syslog.
Check dates log files.
I don't know for certain. Haven't tried it.
Just a guess.

file locations in the registry to say C:\IMail\spool\LogFiles\ is it possible to
do that. I move the log files manually at the moment.
