Note that Nitesh works at the same company as Suhas—check the signatures and email addresses of both—and Nitesh says "If we check the Account Access Disabled option in the Imail for a particular email address, it prevents the email user from sending and receiving emails. If somebody knows the way, kindly let us know."  Sounds to me like Nitesh and Suhas work together and that Nitesh is rightfully clarifying the situation and asking the list to get back to them.

That being the case, the only way I know of to control POP3 access is via the Control Access dialog for the POP3 service.  I know of no way to isolate POP3 access, in Imail, by account only.  Further, if the account is being accessed by multiple users or from a non-static IP address then the Control Access dialog won't work.

Do not make assumptions for others.

Hello,

I think you have not understood the requirement. What Suhas wants is to know how to disable pop3 access to a single account. If we check the Account Access Disabled option in the Imail for a particular email address, it prevents the email user from sending and receiving emails. If somebody knows the way, kindly let us know.

How can I disable POP access for any account in IMAIL v8.22. Only the webmail should work.
