What operating system are you running?  Do a search for iwebmsg.ini and see how many you have.. AND IT WORKED!?  I tried switching back to port 80.  Stop, Start... and it doesn't work anymore.   I don't understand... it used to work on port 80.  Could this be the result of some MS update that makes IIS take over port 80 even if it's shut off?
