Sniffer is a great service. Highly recommend it. You can do whitelisting with Declude and IMail 8.x. Declude can whitelist users who authenticate, and addresses in that user's webmail contact list. I don't believe either work with IMail 2006, though.
As for Earthlink's Challenge-Response system, it's a really bad idea. See archives for the numerous arguments against and faults with C-R systems. I saw this post and was wondering how the testing with MessageSniffer might have went. Anybody else here have experience with MessageSniffer? Also, I was wondering if anybody knows of an automated white list type solution out there that would work like earthlink's system of having a new email first request being added to the address book. Is there anything like this that would work with IMail? We're testing it right now and are very impressed. www.armresearch.com =============== Martin Schaible wrote: Hi, now, enough ist enough.
