Oh my goodness,

I didn't know, that spammers have any rights in civilized countries. I'm
sure, that this judge never received any (spam)-mails in his career ;-)

I'm asking myself, why the spammer sues spamhaus. This organisation are
offering a service only, which are used by e.g. ISP's. So, the ISP's are
responsible for the (non)-delivery of mails and not spamhaus. Our hosting
customers signed a contract, that we collecting the spam centrally to
fulfill our local laws.

Maybe spamhaus should move to country which is really against spammers.

I'm also wondering, why a spammer has no problems to buy new domain names in
minutes. Our statistics says, that every day more than 100 domain names are
fired up, day by day. Mostly all domain names where be registered by an
american company. From my point of view, all laws against spam are not very
efficient, at least in the USA.

Btw: Did you know, that a spammer was assassinated a few month ago in
russia?

A spammer sues UK-based SpamHaus in a US court and wins a preliminary
judgement.

The reality - we could always replace the current DNS BL based on
spamhaus.org by an IP address. This would be a big hassle, but the
spamhaus as an organization would continue.
