For a message to be sent you need both the Q and D file for the message.
Sometimes when you restart SMTP or reboot the server you will have messages
that are abandoned. Typically you will have the D file and a T* file, but not
all the times.

Is there a corresponding Q* / D* file for each of those emails? Do they
start with a T?

We have some emails stuck in our spool directory from this morning. Is
there anyway to find out why or to get them to send?
