I not certain, but it appears that this may be the cause: MessageLabs is relaying the message for ajaxpack.com, either through gateway filtering or address-based forwarding. However, it looks like ajaxpack.com is checking SPF on their receiving server. Since the messagelabs.com relay server is not in the SPF policy, the message fails SPF.
I would probably contact ajaxpack.com to discuss the issue.
