We are in a similar boat, and are evaluating SmarterMail. We too use Declude and Sniffer.
To be honest I'm not too caught up to speed on the features of the latest Imail version. Lately our 8.2 box has been getting hit with spam attacks so some of SmarterMail's built in features attracted our attention.
