Randy, Are, you entering your serial number in the "Upgrade to the newest major version" form? If so, the page that is returned to you shows if you have a valid service agreement or not and then tries to "Upgrade" you to a higher version (like I have just Imail, and it tries to get me to buy plus or Imail w/ Antivirus). This page is not the actual download page though. Just back-up and click the download link for 2006.23 which is right below the original form and you should be able to download the new version without a problem.
