8.22 is rock solid, get it and the patches and install it.
I'm still guessing you may have a list issue, but the upgrade will close a
bunch of holes.

I can see the IP Imail receives it from but it seems to change each time. I

can you upgrade to at least 8.22?
My guess is someone has a list with a bunch of these addresses in them.
However 7.15 is not secure. Can you see what the originating IP address is and
perhaps block it either with Imail or your firewall.

Do you have web sites that generate mail and use Imail for delivery?
Do you have users with mailing lists?

None of it appears to be addressed to any of my clients but its from some
