You have to configure the DNS-Entry of abc.com to do this (We have a similar
solution on our DNS-Server)
Make a MX-Record pointing to mail.xyz.com
Make a CNAME pointing to mail.xyz.com
The other Mail-Server has then to be configured to accept the mails. What about
an ALIAS abc.com inside xyz.com?
