It has been scanning one of my offices (in one city and on one ISP) and it
has been scanning my home router (different city and different ISP).  Seems
very odd.

Actually, whois says it belongs to softlayer.com out of Dallas TX and a
trace route confirms that it terminates behind a router in Dallas.

I have gotten this happening all day today at work, and at home.  Is anyone
else seeing this IP scanning them?  Looks like it is from China?
