I also have A host record for 101dime.com that points to the .66 IP. Am I
correct to assume if I change my EHLO to 101dime instead of ns1.101dime.com
it will work?

It may be because your EHLO, forward and reverse DNS do not match.
Your EHLO is ns1.101dime.com
Forward DNS: ns1.101dime.com resolves to 141.155.241.66
Reverse DNS: 141.155.241.66 resolves to 101dime.com (not ns1.101dime.com)
