Not sure about IMAP, but Webmail is stored in the registry, under HKLM/Software\Ipswitch\IMail\Domains\<domain>\Users\<useracct>\LastLogin as the number of seconds since 1/1/1970 in GMT time. POP3 last login is stored as a date/time on the lastlog.in file in the user's mailbox directory on disk.
