OK guys... I know this is the 1000th time these two issues have been asked
here (I'm so sorry), but since I'm having issues, I just want to
confirm.....

Users require web and pop3/imap access...
Do I need to set the smtp security to relay for local hosts only, and add
the IP of my mail server?
Or will this cut off use for the pop3/imap access people?

I have never had a virtual, and I'm just getting into it... and I'm doing
something wrong ... read the manual...
Can someone please give me a quick outline of the setup for that?
