It's not working with Windows 3.x, IE 3.02, WebTV, or Mac 7.5 or lower.
Anyway to make it default back to an even simplier format for these?

Can't speak for the rest of the templates, but our HKSI templates have
these functions working.
I know there are "free" sets out there, and ours cost $49, but how much
is your time worth? With the HKSI set, you get a responsive developer
who's willing to help you work problems out, an e-mail discussion list
devoted exclusively to getting the most out of the web templates, and
free upgrades for one year. Sure, anyone who knows their way around HTML
and Javascript and cascading style sheets could make a set like ours,
but I can tell you from experience the conservative estimate is 30-40
hours. Ours is also the only set I'm aware of that is working with IE on
the Mac platform, and the only set where global color theme changes can
be made in just one file.
Most of our 40-odd users are on this list, so feel free to ask them if
they think it's a good deal. :)
