I send you a message about 30 min ago saying that I found out the
problem with the "Preview Message" in the "Preference" section of the web
mail. I guess I'm wrong again.
It seems that the preview message size is set in the registry and if you
used an external database then it will not set because you don't have the
user information in the registry.
The above is just my guess, because my domain was initially an Imail
user database and I had since move to SQL 6.5. The new user that created
cannot set this option while the old user that have their old setting in the
registry had no problem setting this option.
Please help me out and let me know that is a way to set this by using an
external database.
