Yes. Very fustrating feature. But it is by-desing and cannot be changed. Timeout time
is 12 minutes in heavy load. Under 50 users logged at the same time it might be more.
We are only using now web-messaging and this "feature" is causing huge problems to our
users who are scientist, and they usually write very long messages. Click Send .. buff
.. all gone and there is NO WAY to retrieve that writed message ever again.
My advice is: get used to it and make it clear to your customers
that timeout will occur in 12minutes.
Put somekind warning text to your sendmail,replymsg1, fwdmsg1.html files about this
feature.
