Sorry for that recent email, I did check the knowledge base online RIGHT
after I emailed the list, which should be a big no-no, and it wastes
everyones time to read this. So, I just wanna let beginners out there to
check the knowledge base on ipswitch.com FIRST before posting,
exhaust all other resources...

There could be a series of DNS or network problems with this. Check
http://support.ipswitch.com/kb/IM-19981110-DD02.htm to see if that starts
you on the road to resolution. It helped here quite a bit.
