When I set up a new host then Imail sets up a "root" account.  I have been putting my email address in root as a forward.  I had reason to review several hosts today and noticed that the forward was missing in root.  Apparently Imail doesn't create the root user folder until an email is sent to that account so I suppose if an email were never sent then it would never be created.  Since I want all my hosts to forward root or postmaster mail to me I simply copied the root folder to my other hosts including the forward.ima.

It doesn't seem to happen on other users since Imail seems to create the user's directory immediately and stores any rule at the same time.

I couldn't tell whether Imail had some other way of remembering the forward rule or not for root.  It didn't seem so to me but it was a little hard to test.  I was wondering if this is a planned feature and if so how others handle the root account with Imail or should I just not worry about the root or postmaster account?

Thanks in advance for your help.
