Unfortunately for you it must be done from the IMail end--IMail has to be
told the domain uses an external database, and where the database can be
found. Then the link is established. Is your host colocating, or do you have
a local server relayed by you host. Unresponsive host may be more interested
in relaying email for your very own IMail server at your end of things....
