2 possibilities:
1. Imail looks up in DNS for that domain's MX record and can't find it or
2. Imail does find that mail server's ip address and tries to shake hands
with that server which then does a reverse DNS lookup on your Imail machine
and doesn't resolve the reverse and so refuses to accept mail from you.
If you would give us the destination domain and your Imail domain, we could
check it out for you.
