Well, I have been wrong before and will be in the future!!!
But, MAYBE, Bob (or someone) had the patch check for the version of the dll
he gave you, so it did not have the expected effect. My rule still stands,
though! If you got a 'special' version of any portion of IMail, from us (we
will tell you!) or the developers, the patch will fail when it checks and
does not find a match to its list of acceptable versions of the executables,
dlls and other files.

Best/quickest attempt to fix: re-install a full version of IMail
(V6.0/.01/.02) then use the 6.03 patch. PS, if you move the error screen out
of the way, you can see the file the patch is working on and that can tell
us more, about the specific file, the patch is failing on.
