Rodrigo,
This is _not_ a forum where Ipswitch people ALWAYS respond. Others may not
respond, either, so answers are _not_ guaranteed. Maybe no one 'knows' the
answer??
There is no mechanism for notification of the Administrator as to the state
of a users mailbox. An email is sent to the sender, advising him that the
destination mailbox is full.
The only other ways to 'check' are: Use IMail Administrator, select each
user in turn and observe his current mailbox size (Directory tab) and
compare to the settings. Or another possible way, open Explorer, Tools, Find
and look for main.mbx and search the whole \imail tree. Sort by size and you
can see the ones that are the largest (or smallest) first. This second
method will not total all the folders/mailboxes for each user, so it could
show a smaller size for main.mbx because the other .mbx files are not
included.

Subject: Mailbox is too large
How the administrator can be knowing that one mailbox is full?
Exists some tool or option for this notification?
