Brian,

I think the timeouts are not directly related to the specified Queue run
line, but the Queue Timer (if still set to 30 minutes) is a fraction of the
timeout (1 hour) so a previous sequence will timeout, one hour after it was
started (by the Queue timer). Anyway, find the sequence number (in
parenthesis (sp?!)) and use that to search the log. You should then find the
number earlier in the log and once you locate all of the lines, you can see
where in the transaction IMail did not get a response. Sounds like the
remote disconnected without any warning or action. IMail kept the connection
open awaiting a response, until it timedout. Probably not a problem, but the
message will 'bounce' at some future time. Log could show some info from the
remote that may explain why it disconnected.
