[IMail Forum] No transport provider problem

When I try to send Mail I get the following:

Your message did not reach some or all of the intended recipients.

      Subject:  FW: test
      Sent:     3/14/00 9:09 AM

The following recipient(s) could not be reached:

      '[EMAIL PROTECTED]' on 3/14/00 12:11 PM
            No transport provider was available for delivery to this
recipient.

Any Ideas what is going on????
