Got a good one for you....

Had a customer who went in their e-mail box via Web messaging and setup a

forward on that box to an AOL account they have. They wanted it forwarded

for a week or so. It worked fine.

When they came back and took the forward out, no mail could hit their box.

Everything sent to that box didn't bounce back to the sender or end up in

the box. Also not in our queue. It also was not forwarded any longer to the

AOL box. I ended up deleting her account and reentering it. Then she could

get her mail again. Have you ever heard of such a thing? What could have

caused this?
