In the past 3 days, we've had our 5.07 webmessaging stop un-expectedly 3 times. No DocWatson -- it just stops. One thing I *did* notice -- in the system log, there is a STOP event for MAILMON.DLL, event ID 2012, followed by a STOp evenbt for PERFLIB, referring to mailmon.dll. Both at the EXACT moment iwebmsg stops. Mailmon.dll is in the \system32 directory. I do not believe it is an Ipswitch file, but I have no idea what it is. This file doesn't exist on 2 other Imail servers we have.
