All other users are ok... it seems to be an isolated incident so far....
I will double check the directory structure...
And it is the actual folder, not the templates... they are getting the
templates, but just not their folder....

They are not "seeing" the web templates. Check to make sure your
imail directories are configured correcty in imail, OR you can copy
the imail/web directory into the <domain> directory and all will
