[IMail Forum] How to stop "mail bombings"?

Is it possible to stop people from sending large quantities of the same email to a single user or even a group of users?   Not to long ago one of our users on the mail server was bombed and I'm not sure how to prevent this from happening in the future.  Any help would be greatly appreciated.   Eric Bradfield
