Carlos,

Very strange and unusual behavior!! It sounds like there is a problem in
your system, but I also wonder if it could be OS related. Once a service is
installed it should not need to be reinstalled if all the files and access
to them are correct. Have you checked your Event logs and resolved ALL
errors and warnings? Are any of them related to IMail? (If so, what are
they?). How about checking the hard disk and file system? Is there enough
room for your registry to 'grow'? Anything that could limit access to the
registry?

It is also possible you have some configuration problem and to collect all
the info needed to troubleshoot this, please complete the included worksheet
and email it to [EMAIL PROTECTED], with your Service Agreement or Serial
Number. Others may use this form to provide complete info to address a
configuration related problem.

PS, you have a secondary MX record that points to ahora.net, but there is no
mailserver running on the IP for that name.

PS2, mail.ahora.net has an IP, but there is no PTR (reverse) record. This
could cause your server to fail to deliver (actually, not be accepted by the
remote) to some major sites (AOL, Compuserve, HotMail and more!).

Mohd.Faidzal,

Sorry, but I no longer have a copy of your email, and have not checked your
DNS. You too could be helped by checking all of the above and if needed, use
the form in the same way.
