If you want to set minumum/max length per user then it cannot be done. Also in general
for all users it cannot be done. Passwords may be from 4 to 30 characters long and
cannot contain spaces. And also passwords are case sensitive (in imail own user
database)
I think 4-30chars should be enough for any user, wont you?
