Dear Daniel Donnelly
I saw your name on the list, that's why I'm writing directly to you. This problem is starting to getting boring and boring every day, soon I'l be fired if you -or somebody else- help me. So there are to ways of getting rid of me and my boring problem.
1. You'll help me. As soon as I solve that problem, I promise I'll unsubscribe from this list
2. You'll not help me. I'll be fired so you won't see my mails anymore. (maybe somebody else will do this mailing job instead of me so this is not a good choice)

If you want I can send the screenshots of error messages but I don't wanna send them to whole list. Though they're not so useful in my case. They are like this :

SMTP32.exe - DLL Initialization Failed
Initializing of the dinamic link library C:\WINNT\system32\KERNEL32.dll failed. The process is terminating abnormally.

and

SMTP32.exe - DLL Initialization Failed
Initializing of the dinamic link library C:\WINNT\system32\COMCTL32.dll failed. The process is terminating abnormally.

SMTP port is not responding after getting this error.
My system is : Dell Power Edge Server 2400 , Intel PIII 550 MHz processor , 512 MB of RAM , 50 GB SCSI Raid disk , 1 GB on C and 2 GBs on D page file size , running NT Server 4.0 SP6A with IIS 4.0 and accessing the IMAIL via Easy Mail Objects version 5.

It's a free mail service and has aproximately 5.000 users. I wrote the ASP pages which access to the mail server. The ASP pages are on the same machine with the mail server. This error is generally popping up at our peak times. (That's why it's so bad) I think it's something with the traffic.

When it's crashed telnet cannot connect to port 25 but it can connect to the others. And on my Web interface Easy Mail Objects' POP3 object returns Error connecting to host error.

I removed IIS SMTP server , I changed the value of HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\System\CurrentControlSet\Services\SMTPD32\Parameters\MaxQueProc to 100 as the manual says. But I don't know what to do else.
