Chances are that the old ones have been mailed and
just never purged themselves from the spool.
I think that is why isplcln was dreamed up. If they
do not show in the queue tab then they are only sitting
there taking up drive space.
Unless you have your queue timer set to retry a zillion
times you can probably safely delete anything over
3 days old. I still suggest isplcln to be safe though.
Amazes me that more folks don't pay attention to their
logfiles and spool directory anyway. My daily logfiles
range from 12-15 MB. I can't imagine a month worth
taking up the space.
